FS: DIY Costco Underquilts 40-50ish degree
Two underquilts that I made from Costco Down Blankets. I heavily modded these. They each include suspension. Granted, they aren’t top-notch quality like something you would get from Jacks ‘R Better, but for a home project, they suited my needs and performed extremely well.
#1 Champagne/Burgundy 50-55 degree. Used and tested at this temp.
Loft: 2″ – used down from two quilts for this. Probably about 11oz down fill.
Size: 46″ x 64″
Weight: 14.5 oz
Price: $80
#2 Navy Blue 35-45 degree. (approx, based on my best guess. It is sewn through)
Loft: 2-3/4″ – Stuffed with two quilts and 3 oz 850 down from wilderness logics. Probably about 17oz down fill.
Size: 50″ x 67″
Weight: 21.85 oz
Price: $120
If you have any questions, please ask. It is a simple setup, simple suspension, and both quilts have a painstaking amount of work done to them by me. It was a great project, but I cannot keep them. Too many bills to pay.
Thank you!
