Bought new in the summer of 2015, factory seam sealed and I’ve taken it into some very moist places and never had a single drop get in. Used about 2 dozen nights, in flawless condition except for maybe a little trail dust on the bottom and a few faithful trail-dog hairs which I will do my best to eradicate before shipping. Includes tent, trekking pole handle adapter, and stuff sack but no poles (I always set up with my trekking poles) or stakes.
