Used, but has tons of life. The part that carries trekking poles on the left shoulder strap has been removed. I added four drain holes to the bottom of the pack for Canyoneering and extra drainage and to get rid of a few small fraid areas on the bottom. No other holes. Awesome pack, but I just don't use it.
