edit: almost new,i might have found some very slight inner thigh piling but not sure if that is from manufacturer...there is no wear on leg cuffs or on the leg cuff snap buttons.

pair of NORTH FACE convertible PANTS that look new,labels and pants feel crisp,-these are super nice but a little tight on me,otherwise id keep them.
These are thicker fabric than thin summer hikers so ideal for cooler weather or winter stuff or bushwacking,rock scrambling.Zip off legs and ankle cuff zips.2 front and 2 rear pockets(1 rear pocket has a zipper pocket within)-no cargo pockets....these say Womens Large but they look unisex and dont look chic-y on me...only odd thing is the waist button is on the left side...set up for a lefty!?

I am 5 11 173 and these are perfect leg length for me but a tad tight in the waist-im a 33 waist

SIZE is womens large
waist is 30 (but has stretch waist band so good for mens 32 i would say)
inseam is 30
top of waist to leg cuff is 40
