OK, so I got greedy and got one of these on eBay - it looked legit. Got it in the mail, and the tags / labelling all look legit as well. The stitching all is good and it looks just like normal.

The "hand" of the fabric is slightly stiffer than I expected, though it's nice and stretchy with the fleece backing. Also, the cut is a little boxy in the chest and upper arms, which seems odd for Arcteryx - reminds me of a Patagonia jacket.

Anyway, I can't really prove it's fake and as such don't really have any recourse with the seller via eBay. That said, I don't really want it.

If you're a guy who is on the bulkier side of a medium and are looking for something sharp and yuppyish to wear around town, you might like it. Asking $65 shipped to lower 48. Still has the tags on it (marked as a 2013 product).
