I purchased this bag in February, 2016.  It has 37 ounces of 850+ fill down that lofts to 9″ for a rating of minus 25 degress Fahrenheit.  Its shoulder girth is 64″, which is good even for a large person. Its inside foot section is made of 2.4 oz. fabric to protect the bag while stowing. It has a down filled reverse differential hood, a full down filled collar and interlocking, down filled draft tubes.  Its shell is constructed of wind and water resistant Gore Windstopper™ fabric.  It is made in the U.S. with down sourced from Eastern Europe under humane conditions (see http://www.westernmountaineering.com/about/).  Its retail value is $999.95.
