SilNylon, regular size (measures 82″ long, 33″ wide at the shoulders). On my scale, the bivy and stuff sack together weigh 6.45 oz (183g).

I bought this originally right here from someone who’d only used it once, and I have only used it once myself (decided not to go the bivy route for my shelter system). It has a little dirt on the bottom and stuff sack, but is in immaculate condition otherwise.
