I just claimed a PIF on a different rain jacket, so I figured I’d put one of mine up for grabs. It’s a Columbia rain jacket with their reflective omni-heat feature, Men’s size small. I’d say its meant to be used in somewhat lighter rain as there are no hood or cuff drawstrings. $3.50 shipping to US addresses.
