This is the silnylon version and weighs 23.9 oz in the stuff sack; it is already seam-sealed. The tent is in fairly good condition, however, it has two small holes in the mesh near the corners and one small hole in the floor (see bottom pictures below). There is a lot of room in the tent and the door opens up for views and ventilation.
