This pack is a size large (69.5L) with modified suspension. I sent this pack to Boulder Mountain Repair in Boulder, CO (whom I highly recommend for pack mods) and had them change out the wimpy suspension for something more substantial. The shoulder harness and hip belt are from the REI Crestrail. Hip belt is large which accommodates 30 to 46 inch waist size according to specs. The finished pack weighs 2lb 9oz and carries much more comfortably. It is in "like new" condition and has only been used a handful of times.
