FS/WTT: New Locus Gear Hapi Sil Shelter – 2P Mid – 17ounces

Selling my brand new locus gear hapi sil shelter with the dual pole tip extender accessory (DPTE). I set it up once in my backyard, and decided that it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. It is not seam sealed – it is yellow with a black zipper. I’ve now decided I need a larger shelter (HMG Ultramid II) for my alpine ascents, and for weathering long stroms inside a shelter without going crazy. The hapi sil is basically the same shelter as the Duomid, just made in Japan, and with a few differences (sizing, and zipper location are the main differences). The DPTE accessory allows you to set up the shelter with an inverted V pole design allowing for two to sleep without a pole in between you two – perfect for couples). The shelter and the DPTE accessory sell together as a unit for 325 USD (includes shipping) – this is a 15% discount, with minimal wait time (typical wait time for this shelter is 6-8 weeks).
