I have a pretty much new Nemo Hornet 2P tent for sale. We just didn't like it over our North Face MICA 2P, and now it has to go. We paid $380 for the tent, and $50 for the footprint. This was set-up in our yard, but has never seen the trail. The tent just wasn't for us, but it's a great tent. Very light, very rigid, and has a lifetime warranty.

Like I said the tent was set-up, but never slept in. I'm asking $350 shipped for this, and I'm pretty firm on the price.
