I found another pair of pants in my gear locker that don't fit after my summer weight loss (yay). The North Face brand, 100% polyester, men's XL size, measuring 17" across the waist relaxed and 23" stretched, tight with a 31.5" inseam. There are 12" ankle zippers, elastic cuffs and elastic waist with drawstring. There are slash front pockets with mesh drains and a zippered cargo pocket on the left thigh that forms a stuff sack. They weigh 8.8oz on my scale. I think the best hiking use is to pair these with light running shorts cooler weather or bug protection.
