The Hyperion was spawned from the need to create a jacket midway between the Helios and the ultra-light Daybreak series. With classic lines and minimalist essentials, the Hyperion Jacket casually makes the transition from street wear to indispensable backcountry warmth. Extensively tested from the high Sierras to the Canadian Rockies, the Hyperion has garnered a widespread following for its diminutive pack size, remarkable warmth, and versatility as an ultra-warm insulation layer to a stand-alone jacket. The premium 850 fill power goose down is held in place with a quilted channel pattern that complements the clean design lines while the Pertex® Endurance shell adds a layer of protection to shed snow and block chill winds from penetrating. Lycra wrist closures and a dual cinch elastic waistband seal in the heat. A large internal stash pocket, zipper entry side pockets and a lightweight reverse coil main zipper protected by a laminated micro-fleece guard round out the features of the Hyperion.
