1 Monkey Pillow + 2 new FlexAir Ultralight Pillows. I used the Monkey Pillow when I had a pad with horizontal baffles & it stayed in place well, but have since switched to a pad with longitudinal baffles & it tends to slide off (I toss & turn a lot).
