Patagonia Ascensionist 25L in “Tailored Gray” 9/10 condition, 1 tiny pinhole I’ll fix with clear tenacious tape before shipping.  Never seen the woods.  $50

Platypus Sprinter XT 25.0 in yellow, 7/10 condition.  1 light scuff on a non-weight-bearing area of the pack body (outer stretch pocket protector), some dirt that would probably wash out.  This has been my workhorse day pack for the last year or so and it’s great for people who use hydration bladders.  The backing is very rigid with a good framesheet and it carries weight very well due to that.  The padded and pocketed hip belt can be hidden in the hip belt channel for trips into the city or when using as a carry-on.  Has great reviews everywhere you look, and this one covers it well:  http://www.backpackgeartest.org/reviews/Hydration%20Systems/Packs/Platypus%20Sprinter%20XT%2025%20Daypack/Test%20Report%20by%20Jamie%20DeBenedetto/   Price is $55.

“Custom” (I cut all the pointless stuff off edition) REI Stoke 29, was a size medium before cutting off the side pockets.  I bought this used here on BPL when I needed a low-key travel pack for NYC.  It worked great and didn’t look too out of place in the city despite being a woodsy oriented pack.  The way this pack holds it’s volume vertically makes it a great pack for subway commuting as it doesn’t stick way out and bump into people like most ~30L packs would.  I was able to get the weight down to about a pound!

Condition on this pack I would call a good 7/10.  There is some discoloration on the outer mesh but it’s not too noticeable.  $40 – any lower and I’ll probably just keep this as a back-up for future low-key city travel where I think my Ascensionist 35 might stick out too much.  http://www.rei.com/product/848005/rei-stoke-29-pack-2013-special-buy
