FS: Hexamid Solo w/ Solo-Plus Floor and Modified Vestibule. Must See!

This tent is simply awesome! Sorry, but I could not upload the pics I took due to the file size. Sould have used my phone, but I’m not setting it up again, lol. Email me if your interested: . I have 18 images to show. I had a custom double-zippered vestibule added, so you can reach through and get at the line-lock to slacken it from the inside. It never had a vestibule prior, but now it has a truly sheltered space. This set-up is perfect for a solo-hiker and a dog plus gear due to the outside living area. A dog could easily crawl in/out under the vestibule. It measures 65 in. from bathtub floor to front stake-out point. It is seam sealed with a #3 waterproof zipper, and pitches nice and tight for added wind/rain protection, and provides a space to cook in the rain! A definte upgrade to this design if you want more versatility and weather protection. I also added elastic strings between the corners at the head and foot with stick-on hooks applied to bathtub floor at the ends in order to keep them from drooping down. It really helps. The total weight with a 48 in. carbon fiber pole, 7 carbon stakes/1 titanium, stuff sack and tent pole sack with all rigging included is 22.5 oz.! That’s barely 3 oz. more than the Hexamid-Solo and accessories with the original vestibule! Leave the pole at home and subtract 2.2 oz.Two spare stakes will also be included. This tent is trail ready, although I have not taken it out yet. It’s unused and virtually brand new. I just need a two-person tent and cannot afford to have 2 cuben fiber set-ups in my gear arsenal at once. The retail value on this tent with accessories and custom vestibule is $800.00. I’m asking $650.00. Thanks for looking!
