I have a friend who I convinced to take this hiking class who could use a little help. He's in college debt and I'm trying to help him out with getting outfitted with an entire set of gear cheaply. I've got plenty of gear for him to borrow in terms of tents and packs, but no clothes since he is way bigger than me.

I'm looking to see if anyone has some old hiking clothes that they want to get rid of for cheap. Doesn't have to be particularly light, just has to be of the non cotton variety. Conditions will be everything from Joshua Tree climbing to Sierra snow shoeing and snow camping. Hes an XL size, and wears 34-36 waist x 32 inseam pants. At a minimum hes going to need

- Hiking shirt
- Rain Jacket
- Insulating or Puffy Jacket
- Hiking pants
- Rain Pants (required for course)
- Maybe some thermals (since snow camping will be involved)
