Looking for clothes for my and my safari buddy(female)

I am a Large in shirts and at large in pants 36 waist by 34 inseam (6'1 215)
she is a small in all things (5'4 130)

trekking poles 110CM (z-poles preffered)
3-1 jacket for hot safaris and then artic conditions on top of Kili
safari pants 36x34inseam

anything else outside of this Ill take a look at.
