I know this is a long shot, but z-poles have the most comfortable strap of any pole that I’ve used, so I’d like to replace my Locus Gear CP3 grips with z-pole grips.  I don’t think the entire grip is available as a replacement part from BD.  I know some people have replaced their z-pole grips with other ones, so maybe someone has a set they could send me?
