I have camped for over 20 years. I used a cheap mexican made net hammock for a bit with a tarp to keep the rain off while I did some travels on the motorcycle when I was younger but mainly a tent camper. I am currently on active duty and have been ready to crack from all this "structured" Army life. I am now in the process of planning a month long motorcycle trip from TX to Seattle and need a complete set up. All of this is once I get out around spring time. I am looking at Hennessy hammocks because they are complete sets but would like to stay around $150 and am open to anything. Shoot me your offers, ideas, and advice is always welcome.
