MSR Hubba Hubba 2 Person tent: $300.00. Includes shipping. Used twice. Only damage has been repaired, see pics. Damage is from two broken bar tacks where it stakes into the ground. Both bar tacks have been repaired with a zig-zag stitch. My repair is probably stronger than the original. No other damage.

Women's nylon outer shell rain pants: $40.00. Includes shipping. Size: Small Petite. Undamaged and never used. Bought new at REI maybe 4 years ago. I think they cost around $80 new.
