Pay it Forward:

I originally thought this was one of the Integral Designs rain capes, but it is a near square cut, measuring 59" across and 61" total on the fore/aft axis. As shown on the hanger it is 30 long from the base of the hood in front and 25" from the base of the hood to the tail. The hood and neck zipper are typical poncho stuff and there are two snaps on each side. It weighs 14.8oz and the fabric is coated nylon/polyester blend and is not seam sealed at the neck. $6.10 for US shipping.
