I'm looking to try out something new for me! I really like the idea of being able to hike until dark, throw down the bivy/bag and sleep. Anyone have a bivy/tarp combo they don't use since switching to hanging? Preferably on the cheaper side as I have never used one and may absolutely hate it. I like the look of the Borah and the MLD versions.
