FS: NWT Patagonia UL down jacket (SM) and Houdini pullover (MD), from 50% off sale
Patagonia recently had it's annual "clear out the old stuff" 50% off sale, and since I didn't know about certain sizes and styles, I bought options. I have a store nearby that I can go return these to, but before doing so, thought I would see if anyone on BPL maybe missed the sale and wanted to jump on one of these. As such, prices are non-negotiable
Both are men's. I can provide photo copy of original receipt. Prices in USD. Buyer pays shipping, or local pickup in Los Angeles. PM me with your email address and I'm happy to send photos, although you're probably just as well looking at better photos online since they're new
UL Down Jacket, SM, black. $162.41
Houdini Pullover, MD, orange. $47.96
UL Down Jacket: ($149 + $13.41 in tax). 7.82oz w/o tag or stuff sack. Stuff sack weighs .28oz, but I just stuff my jackets freely in my pack so I didn't include it when I weighed it
There are slight changes to this jacket in the new lineup. Here are the differences I can see from Patagonia's website:
This one (style #84756) vs the new version (#84757)
- Shell: 0.8-oz 10-denier 100% nylon ripstop vs 0.85-oz 15-denier 100% nylon ripstop Pertex Quantum® Y yarn
- separate stuff sack vs stuffs into hand or chest pocket
- baffle design: Variegated channel construction stabilizes insulation and allows the use of less down, creating an elegant, low-profile garment vs Variegated channel construction stabilizes goose down; side panels with narrow channels provide shape and reduce bulk
- 8.3oz vs 9.5oz (presumably for a size MD. Included here only as comparison between old vs new). My guess is that the new one is heavier due to shell material, added stitching to make those narrow channel baffles along sides, and double-sides zips so it can pack into its own pockets
- "slim fit" vs "regular fit" (the newer version fits more like how the down sweater and nano puff jackets have fit in the past)
Houdini Pullover: ($44.00 + $3.96 in tax). 2.98oz
Same style number as the new version, which tells me it's just a change in colors for this year. All specs you find on the website will be the same
