Please note I have removed any tags that may have been on the tent or Gear Loft - this is just what I do with all my gear as I hate tags...other than that, everything is in new condition - I used the tent only twice. Also, both times that I did use the tent outdoors, it was used on top of the footprint which I ordered before using the tent, so the bottom of the tent is in as-new condition as well. I can take pictures if need be, but it's all packaged up and I'd prefer to keep it that way and just ship it out without too much hassle, so hope that this description is sufficient as everything is as-new. I am very happy with the tent overall, and really like the design, spaciousness, and easy pitching. I just ended up getting a good deal on a Big Agnes Scout UL2 which suits my needs better (more lightweight and compact for backpacking). There are certainly times when this more comfortable tent would be a better fit for the occasion (e.g. for any camping scenario rather than a primarily-backpacking scenario), but I can't justify keeping two tents at this point, and need to recoup my costs to keep investing in gear for my upcoming AT thru hike. To reiterate, this is probably not a tent you will want for a thru hike - although reasonably lightweight for a large 3-person tent, at 5 pounds 8 ounces this is probably not something you will want to carry day in and day out when putting in a lot of miles! One nice thing about this tent is that the poles collapse to be pretty short - when I carried this in my Deuter 65L pack, I was able to lay the stuff sack with the poles into the pack's main compartment horizontally.

I got the tent via a Massdrop group buy, so saved some money when purchasing this which I am passing on to whomever buys this. To be totally transparent, here are my actual costs and what is included:
