This is a catch and release. It is a size large, and just a smidge too big for me. I was at the lower end of the height range in the sizing chart and decided to chance it, which didn't pan out. This pack is the original ohm, not the version 2.0 currently being sold. It has a removable external pack frame, a fixed hipbelt with pockets, and fabric back. It is in fantastic shape, no noticeable wear marks, and all I did was wear it around the house with a full load to test out the fit.
