I've got a very new (used twice, once in snow, once on dirt) Black Diamond Mega Light Tarp-Tent for sale for $175, shipping included. It comes with the carbon fiber collapsable center pole, stuff sack, and pole velcro thingy. It also comes with tent stakes but a couple are bent. I would recommend after market tent stakes as the BD ones that came with it are crap. The tent itself is in perfect shape, no tears, snags or dirt. With the pole it comes in at under 3 pounds and sleeps 4.

It's a great tent, very sturdy despite it's light weight, it's just not the tent for me. Let my loss be your gain. Great for alpine terrain.
