The Exped DownMat UL 7 rectangular shaped pads use 700-fill-power goose down for an incredibly warm R Value of 5.9 & is rated -11.2FÂș by Exped. The DownMat UL 7 LONG WIDE is 2.8" thick, and a very real 26" wide and 77.5" long. It weighs 1 pound 14 oz. and packs down small, 4 x 10.6 inches, somewhat larger than a quart Nalgene bottle and has its own stuff sack. It comes also with a repair kit, and an ultra light Exped Schnozzel Pump Bag.

We have a number of Exped Wide pads which we enjoy as side sleepers. The Exped fabric is awesome, especially as some of us use down quilts or blankets. We also like the insulation R values, as we do most of our trips at altitude.
