Bought for use on Car Camping, primarily Fishing Trips. I have never fully compressed this bag; it has traveled in a 45 liter dry sack and is stored hanging in a closet. It is in EXCELLENT SHAPE!
It is a Gore Dry Loft model, which preceded the Gore Wind Stopper series. This feature prevents build up of moisture in the down, either from the sleeper's body, from condensation of breath moisture onto the upper part of the bag or from ambient humidity. Gore Dry Loft also seals out the wind and so provides a warm berth in cold times.
