I purchased the lot as new, though the cardboard packaging is a bit bent up. Otherwise, they all appear new, unused. I did open one of the regular size pads and test it out for 2 min at home - worked great, more comfortable (and quieter!) than my NeoAir Xlite. While trying it out, the mat picked up a stain from my floor on the underside, foot area. It's pretty minor and would likely wash out, but that one will be $5 off
