Basically like new. I'm sure you could find some dirt, but probably no wear. The pack does not come with a hipbelt. Wasn't one on there when I got it so I used my old one that I'm keeping. All of the straps are original untrimmed, but the right side shoulder strap adjustment has the little loop cut off the end of the webbing. Still complete usable length.

I got this on the clearance rack at my REI. So it has a small black 'X' in sharpie right above the Granite Gear logo on the front of the pack.

Great pack, just not what I need.
