Custom Large HMG Porter 2400 with hip-belt pockets and stuff pocket

Custom modifications as listed:
- Removable hip-belt similar to their Ice Pack. Hip-belt has a Velcro strip to keep the belt from sliding. A bonus to the removable hip-belt is that it has a better wrap-around effect which makes it more comfortable.
- Added a 1-1/2" tri-glide at bottom of each side seam and includes a 1 1/2" webbing belt for a lighter weight option of hip-belt.
- loop of webbing centered at bottom front of pack for bike clip light
- stiffener added in roll-top to make it easier to roll and to roll tighter.

Here is a break-down of weights:
-- pack (no hipbelt, no stays and no stuff pocket) - 21-1/4 oz
-- removable stays - 4-3/8 oz.
-- 1-1/2 hipbelt, 2-1/8 oz
-- regular hipbelt - 6-1/8 oz;
-- stuff pocket - 11-1/8 oz;

I primarily used this as a waterproof pack for year-round bike commuting here in Minneapolis. I've tried many different packs and messenger bags and this was by far the most comfortable for me. Therefore, the hip belts and stuff pocket are in almost new condition as I really only used it for bikepacking.

The main pack bag does have some stains typical of this fabric (the white attracts dirt very easily), but otherwise in great condition.

My new job doesn't work for a bike commute anymore, so as much as I love this pack, I'm not using it anymore.

If you ordered it new today, it would be at least $355 with the customization's. I would like to get $270 for it shipped to your door (CONUS)
