Dana Designs Arcflex Terraplane backpack

I bought the pack new years ago. It was not used much and is in very good condition. The internal frame sheet combined with the aluminum stay, beefy hip belt and nicely padded shoulder straps work excellent for carrying heavy loads. The pack is a medium torso with large shoulder straps. I am 5’10” and weigh 155lbs for reference. I have the original medium shoulder straps also. Also included is a Wet Rib. It is an optional piece that attaches to the shoulder strap system and adds a storage pocket and water bottle pocket at your waist within easy reach during the day. It works kind of like a hip belt pocket but larger. And finally, I have the matching Pack Fly. The pack fly has an integrated hood that keeps water from running down between your back and the pack. There’s not much in the way of specs left on the internet from when I bought the pack new in the mid 90's. However, Mystery Ranch is the company the original owner and designer of the pack started after the original company, Dana Designs, was sold and the patents expired, or something like that. He now makes the pack under the new company name: http://www.mysteryranch.com/mountain...cks/terraplane. The weight on mine is less than the new one at 5lbs 4ozs on my scale. That is not including the pack fly. Otherwise, my pack looks exactly like the one featured at Mystery Ranch, except red. If you Google “Dana Designs Arcflex Terraplane” you’ll turn up all sorts of stuff to read about it from back in the day. I’ll sell the pack, extra shoulder straps, wet rib and pack fly for $200 shipped to the lower 48.
