Hey I want to try out hiking and I have no gear. Looking for a lightweight pack, shelter, sleeping bag.

Pack: Looking for around 45-55 liter range, somewhere in the 20 oz region (a GoLite Jam perhaps...) I will be needing a Medium or Large torso depending on the pack and a medium hipbelt. Would prefer to not spend more than $120 ish bucks here.

Shelter: I would REALLY like a MLD poncho tarp but I am open to whatever. Looking for something in teh 20 oz region here as well. Looking to get something for $120-150 if possible.

Sleeping Bag/Quilt: I am 6'4 so I will need a Long. I am looking for a 10-20 degree bag and I can spend around $200 for this item.
