Tent is in perfect condition, just don't need it after all. It has an optional 3rd pole so that it straddles the line between 3 and 4 season tent. With the 3rd pole it is completely free standing and can take a snow load without the vestibules collapsing. All under 4 pounds. Plus you don't have to wait for big sky to ship the tent if you buy mine.
