Excellent Condition, no holes, rips, tears, dirt, etc. I have kept this very clean and the pad uncompressed, but I took the plunge and purchased an underquilt, so it has been sitting in my gear closet. Time to let some things go that perhaps someone else can use. I have always kept the pad loose (not compressed) and indoors. I only compressed it to get it in the bag for the photo.
