The thread includes pics. I have since used the pack on 1 dayhike. It fit great, but I realized I will not use this pack because I have a custom pack arriving in the mail. There is a tiny hole in the rear mesh; you have to struggle to see it. No other defects. Size L should fit between 20.5" and 22" torso.

I have yet to weigh the pack, but Borah site claims 13.9 ounces for the 140D dyneema.
