We've lived in our van for 4 years now. We've built and serviced several other vans for people to live in and we wanted to make what we think is the perfect layout. We included all of the comforts we really value in our personal van and upgraded them. 3 comfortable seats for hosting a guest or two for meals or use it as your home office. With outlets including USB and USB-C you can charge everything you need in your little work station. & Place down your modular table to make more room when you're all done.

The kitchen has a large deep sink to leave all those dirty dishes in over night when you're feeling lazy, and a stationary inset 2 burner stove to quickly get dinner ready. We love that this stove doesn't require putting away or setting up. And a 40L fridge that is always easily accessible. A lot of vans require their fridge to be place in a drawer but this fridge is always accessible and never in the way, we love it!

Plenty of storage for your food and appliances.

Every drawer and cabinet is set up with 60LB magnets so when it's shut its shut. Many vans come with latches that if you forget to latch they fly open and gets really old when you have to keep running to the back when driving. All cabinet doors are set up with hydraulic arms so when it's upright you don't have to hold it.

A full sized fixed bed placed sideways so you don't have to worry about setting it up and it takes up less space being placed sideways. Sleeps someone as tall as 6'2. With a window placed at the foot or head of the bed for airflow on hot nights. Use it with the maxxair fan and you'll be comfy all year.

The heater is strategically placed to be out of the way and work in a way that it heats the entire van quickly.

And we LOVE the garage space. Decked out with peg board it really maximizes the amount of gear you can fit back here. All of the diesel, propane and electrical is back here out of your way but still accessible if any problems arise & for easy refills on everything. And its tall enough for a bike or wide enough for skis!
