My dumbass bought this before COVID and then proceeded to leave it at my parents house and never use it. I was back for Thanksgiving and realized I still had it but I don't have a use for anything this big/bombproof anymore. I didn't make any alterations other than the shoulder straps are pull down, not pull up to tighten (think like a regular backpack). It still comes with the foam inserts in the backpack, if you don't want those (you can use any foam in there, there's a sleeve) I can knock off some of the price of shipping since it will be easier to pack.
