Just cleaning out some space. Selling the OR Alti Mitts because I've since replaced them, Selling the Prana pant cause it never fit me that well and I haven't used it much.

Outdoor Research Alti Mitt, XL, $35 shipped: These have seen a ton of use which is why the price is so low. But they have a ton of life left, and are super warm of course. The right mitt has a few tape patches and one sewn repair, and is missing the little wrist keeper cord. The left mitt has no tape or sewn repairs but has noticeably been used. The liners in both are in great condition. Photos below.

Prana Stretch Zion, 32 x 34: $30 shipped: I've used these less than 10 times or so because it never fit me great. Too slim fitting around the seat/legs. Not that it's a slim pant, most pants for me are too tight there. As you can see from the photos the fabric is in great condition. There are a couple spots where a few threads are loose but that happens with any pant. Not used much at all.
