Purchased a couple of summers ago and has been used less than 10 nights. Tent retails for $450+tax and can be hard to find due to supply chain issues.  There is a 1" tear in the mesh that has been patched with Gorilla tape, otherwise the tent is in excellent shape. Stakes and pole splint are included. Here are some pictures of the tent set up in my living room (the rainfly IS included but was too big to put on inside.)
