I have one marmot three person tent for sale.  I got it for $225.  I will let it go for $135 and buyer pays shipping.  It's in good condition.  No holes anywhere in the tent.  The only ding against the tent is one clips that has a portion of it broken off, but somehow it still clips/functions as it should.  Comes with extra steel stakes that I bought to help when camping on literally any spots within 10 miles of Smith Rock. lol
