WTB: Ski mountaineering backpack and Size 13 Hiking Boots and BD 7-8/Merlin/VG

I have a couple skimo backpacks, but they get worn out so fast / thin fabric. I think the day pack one I have is Jones. It works good, but currently has crampon holes duct taped together. I am open to anything that will carry skis efficiently. I also am tall (6'3"), so larger sizes appreciated. I don't really like the transition effort of skinning, so I generally approach using snowshoes and carry the skis on my pack, ridiculous I know.

My Asolo hiking boots were the Men's Fugitive GTX, size 13, but now I don't see them sized that high anymore. Great boot, the soles just finally started disconnecting. Open to considering other options. No crampon attachment points needed, these are for my workhorse hiking boots to approach ski mountaineering, then I switch to ski boots for the crampons.

Always looking for BD 7-8 or equivalents as well.
