My best guess for model would be a lightweight version of the alpine pant from 2 years ago. Ankle drawcords, integrated belt, zipper hip pocket, very light and stretchy softshell-ish material.

Some light abrasion and pilling on thighs and hip pocket (a few hanging belays). I typically wear a 32x32 and these are somewhat baggy on me. I always adjust the internal belt to the tightest setting so I imagine someone with a 34ish waist would still be comfortable wearing these.
