I recently got a pack off here but after trying it on I see I need the Medium belt instead of the Large. Its brand new, never on a trip, perfect condition. Note, this is for the belt only!

The website says 32-50″ range, but I would consider the low end closer to 36 or 38″. I wear  34 waist pants and had the straps pulled almost all the way in to get it adequately tight.
