Hello!! This is an amazing tent and is perfect for the spring and summer for sure. 

No defect, no tears, no stains. Rainfly might need wiping off but nothing severe. 

Shipping, the rainfly, footprint, and stakes (one is bent but works fine if not better) are included in the price. If you have questions, let me know.  All pictures shown below were taken in my house as its snowing and icy outside :P
