Big Agnus with footprint

Passing the deal on. Bought it Monday  at Seattle REI store, garage sale.
Overall in good shape, has the footprint, zippers are smooth.
Issues are tears in the rainfly, floor side and on the tent bag.

Confirmed with Big Agnus customer support the build date is April 1, 2018.
They can easily fix the tears for nominal fee, like under $20. Or you can fix with .
