Unused or lightly used equipment collected over the years from multiple climbing trips. Most of the technical equipment sold very quickly in the first ad. All the equipment has been stored in a clean dry basement but as with any gear, it should be inspected before use. All slings on gear are original and should be manufacture changed before use. Sets of items (e.g. cams and books) will not be broken. Happy to answer any questions. I prefer local pick up (Boulder County, CO) so that you may see and inspect the gear before buying.

1. Photo of Walking Ice Axes.

a. Camp XLA 210 Ice Axe. Extremely light and designed where minimal weight is the primary concern. Entirely of 7075 aluminum.  70 cm – 10.7 oz / 305g. Comes with leash and still has a protective point cap on the point that does not look as though it has been removed. A couple of very light scratches near the point (storage or extremely light use). $60 SOLD

b. Charlet Moser Pulsar Ice Tool Ice Axe Combination. Vintage (1990's) Ice axe that is both a walking axe and converts to an old style (no finger guard) climbing axe. This has seen a single Alaskan expedition, but remains in very very good shape. Comes with a bent shaft and a straight 70 cm shaft and leash. I will also include an extra pick for free. A great classic walking axe for Colorado and for winter 14ers, although if you want light weight walking axe go with the Camp XLA. $65 SOLD

2. Metolius Cams 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4  $175 New / stored last several years in a dry basement. New slings always recommended. (Not used) SOLD

3. Climbing Books including rare to find Alpinist 12, Climbing (The Everest Edition), plus route books to a number of classic high altitude climbs around the world. Also key mountain medicine books with a focus on high altitude sickness diagnosis and treatment. $55 All shown in photo and all in great condition. SOLD

4. Marmot Valhalla minus 20 degree sleeping bag. Synthetic bag with dryloft. Regular Size. Weight 4lbs 9.3 oz. Very warm and purchased as a base camp bag. Not used on an expedition. Less than 5 nights of use (likely only 1-2 and only for car camping in Colorado several years ago). Comes with a soft storage bag. It does not have a compression sack with it. Looks new. 5.  Stubai (Austrian) Ultralight Universal Adjustable Crampons New In Box. Use would be great for approaching ice climbs, glacier travel. $85

6. K2 Super Stinx telemark skis are a great all mountain skis. 173 cm. Bases look very good and not have any gouges. G3 Targa Telemark Bindings Red. Binding, cables and safely cable are all in great shape. Skis have been in the basement storage for the last several couple of years. Will need waxing and edges sharpened. Had to switch back to alpine skis to stay up with the family. $120 and they come with a velcro strap to hold them together SOLD
