The torso size is large (21″-24″) and the removable hip belt is medium (34″-38″). The shoulder straps are the normal ones (J style). It has a cinch top closure, an inside removable pocket and can be setup for using a water bladder. The hydration sleeve and hand loops are not included. This backpack is in very good condition. It weighs around 33 ounces with the removable pocket and water bottle holders attached.
